Dakota’s Estates is located five minutes from Breckenridge, MN and one hour south of Fargo, ND. You can feel the luxury and attention to detail when you are entering your own home. All residents are screened and only well qualified applications are approved. Our spacious homes include heat, water and garbage as well as modern appliances including a dishwasher and air conditioning, lots of kitchen cabinets, all window coverings, ample amount of closet space, on-site laundry facilities conveniently located on each floor and a great playground area. We also have garages for rent.

Fees & Deposit Information:
Application Fees- $45 per person
Hold Deposit- $600 (refundable if application is denied otherwise it goes toward the cost of the deposit.)
Deposit- $600 (unless conditionally approved, then a co-signer or higher deposit may be required)

Utilities:
Water, Sewer, Heat/Gas, & Trash are included. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities.

Renter's Insurance: Renter's Insurance is Required, with minimum $100,000 liability coverage. If valid insurance is not provided and kept updated with management, household will be enrolled in Liability Coverage for an additional monthly fee for $15.

Pet Policy:
Up to 2 pets per apartment are permitted. Pets must be spay/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and registered with the city of Wahpeton, ND.
All residents must create a profile at petscreening.com and register any animals.
Weight Limit: 75lbs

Pet Admin Fee: $35 per pet, non-refundable
Pet Deposit: $300 per cat, $400 per dog
Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet
