The Santorini, although fun-sized, allows you to rest comfortably in your own space! With features that make a full-size house jealous, this unit possesses a large closet, full-size washer/drier, laminate plank flooring, and a large soaking tub.

The Traveler will be the resting place of features such as a fitness center, dog wash station, bike storage, and even a gaming room!

Requirements:
1. No evictions in the past 5 years; any eviction will disqualify an applicant.
2. Collections on credit cards, utility, rent or cell phone bills are taken seriously and could disqualify an applicant depending on the severity.
3. Late payments or collections on medical bills or education loans are generally an exception and applicants will not be disqualified.
4. We do run a criminal background check in addition to the credit check.
