Pet Policy for Potential TenantsAt ZaskCapital LLC, we understand the importance of pets in our tenants' lives. We welcome both cats and dogs as part of your family. However, to ensure a harmonious and safe living environment for all residents, please observe the following guidelines:Pet Types: Only cats and dogs are allowed as pets on the property. Other pets, including exotic animals, are not permitted.Pet Limits: No more than two pets are allowed per apartment.Pet Size: Dogs must be less than 50 pounds at full maturity.Documentation: All pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and registered with the building management. Proof of vaccination and registration must be provided upon request.Leash and Waste Management: All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside of the apartment. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of pet waste.Barking and Disturbances: Pets must not create excessive noise, barking, or other disturbances that disturb other residents.Damages: Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets and may be charged for repairs if necessary.Pet Rent: A monthly pet rent fee is due on the 1st of the month.By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to maintain a safe and pleasant living environment for all of our residents, including our furry friends.
