<p>Pet Policy for Potential Tenants</p><p>At ZaskCapital LLC, we understand the importance of pets in our tenants' lives. We welcome both cats and dogs as part of your family. However, to ensure a harmonious and safe living environment for all residents, please observe the following guidelines:</p><ol><li>Pet Types: Only cats and dogs are allowed as pets on the property. Other pets, including exotic animals, are not permitted.</li><li>Pet Limits: No more than two pets are allowed per apartment.</li><li>Pet Size: Dogs must be less than 50 pounds at full maturity.</li><li>Documentation: All pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and registered with the building management. Proof of vaccination and registration must be provided upon request.</li><li>Leash and Waste Management: All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside of the apartment. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and properly disposing of pet waste.</li><li>Barking and Disturbances: Pets must not create excessive noise, barking, or other disturbances that disturb other residents.</li><li>Damages: Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets and may be charged for repairs if necessary.</li><li>Pet Rent: A monthly pet rent fee is due on the 1st of the month. </li></ol><p>By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to maintain a safe and pleasant living environment for all of our residents, including our furry friends.
