If you would like to apply for this home an application must be filled out online for all household members 18 and older, along with proof of income (2 recent pay-stubs) Pay-stubs must be submitted at the time application is submitted. If pay-stubs or other proof of income is not provided within 24 hours of submitting your application it will be canceled and we will move on to other applications. COMPLETE applications will be processed in the order from which they are received.
Once your application is processed, if approved you will have 36 hours to put down the deposit. If the security deposit is not received within 36 hours your application will be canceled and we will move on to other applicants.

The amount of the deposit and rent will be specified in the lease agreement and will vary depending on the type and size of the pet.</li><li>Pet Types and Size Limitations: We only allow domesticated cats and dogs as pets. We do not allow exotic animals, snakes, birds, or rodents. We also have a weight limit of 90 pounds per pet.</li><li>Vaccinations and Licensing: All pets must be up to date on their vaccinations and licensing requirements as per local and state regulations. A copy of the current vaccination and licensing records must be provided to the landlord before the pet is allowed on the property.</li><li>Pet Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved, trained, and socialized to avoid causing damage to the property or disturbing other tenants. Tenants are responsible for any damages or disturbances caused by their pets.</li><li>Leash and Waste: All pets must be kept on a leash or within a secure enclosure when outside of the rental unit.
