To move in, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is due within two days of tenant acceptance, and first month’s rent is due before move-in.

1) Fill out our online rental application at Everyone over 18 and any cosigners must fill out a rental application. A $35 non-refundable fee allows JB Properties to do a credit and background check.

2) Your application is screened within 3-5 business days and presented to our leasing agent. If the agent approves, you may sign the lease, put down First Month's rent and Security Deposit, and schedule your move-in.

JB Properties has the following application requirements:
- The gross monthly household income must equal at least 3x the monthly rent.
- You must have had no evictions or foreclosures within the past four years.
- You must owe no money to a utility company, property manager/previous landlord.
- At least one applicant must have a credit score of 600 or higher.
