Townhouse Road apartment community is conveniently located off of Route 293 & Brown Avenue in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Residents are responsible for the electricity, hot water and internet/cable. We pay for heat, cold water, sewer and trash. Each apartment comes with one assigned off-street parking space and access to our conveniently located laundry room with coin operated machines. Extra assigned parking is available for a monthly fee and we have some visitor spaces. Our maintenance staff is on call 24/7 for emergencies and you’ll enjoy a smoke-free atmosphere in our smoke-free buildings. We do not allow smoking in the buildings, on the balconies or within 15 feet of entrances, windows, doors and air-intake units. Our community is also pet friendly! We allow up to two indoor cats or small dogs under 50 pounds for an additional fee of $25/$50 per month (some breed restrictions apply). Pictures are reasonable facsimile.
