Meredith: 1 bedroom first floor apartment in a NON-Smoking, quiet, respectful 5 unit building. $1,150.00 a month, heat, hot water & electric included. Security Deposit $1,150.00. 1 car parking only. No washer/dryer hookups. 

Pets are on a case by case basis only. Monthly pet fee for dogs is $50.00. Monthly pet fee for cats is $50.00. WE DO NOT ALLOW PUPPIES OR KITTENS. NO EXCEPTIONS. MUST BE 6 months or older. MUST BE SPAYED/NEUTERED and up-to-date on Rabies vaccine per NH Law. Dogs must get along with other dogs, children and adults. NO other pets allowed. I must meet all dogs. 2 pet maximum. 

We do not charge an application fee.

 No trash pick up at this location. Tenants responsibility to bring their garbage to the transfer station.

We have been renting our  rental properties for over 20 years.  We run a very tight ship.  We do not allow and will not tolerate loud, disrespectful tenants. We are consistent with our rules and expect all rules to be followed. Clear honest communication is a must. We keep our buildings/properties neat, clean, peaceful, quiet, and safe. We expect the same from our tenants. Respectful applicants only.
