Welcome to 16 Amory St #6. This apartment has everything you are looking for! Cozy studio apartment, parking, laundry, a super convenient location. This apartment was recently completely renovated and has new flooring, new paint, and an updated kitchen and bathroom. 16 Amory St is located right off Union Street and is conveniently located near the highway, parks, stores, and other urban areas making it an ideal location for work, school, or play!


The rent is $1,300 per month. The tenant is responsible for electricity. An additional pet charge is $50/per month for each cat NO DOGS. To move in, we require first and lasts month's rent on the day you move in within three days of signing the lease.

First and Last Months rent is required before move-in.

1) Fill out our online rental application at Everyone over 18 and any cosigners must fill out a rental application. A $35 non-refundable fee allows JB Properties to do a credit and background check.

2) Your application is screened within 3-5 business days and presented to our leasing agent. If the agent approves, you may sign the lease, put down First and Last Months rent, and schedule your move-in.

JB Properties has the following application requirements:
- The gross monthly household income must equal at least 3x the monthly rent.
- You must have had no evictions or foreclosures within the past four years.
- You must owe no money to a utility company, property manager/previous landlord.
- At least one applicant must have a credit score of 600 or higher.
