This is a very nice property located in Gloucester city there are actually three bedrooms available for rent

You'll be on the third floor there's a shared bathroom on the second floor and another bathroom on the first floor

Rent includes all basic utilities but if over average especially in summer we share.

This is my private home female owned and operated has a nice kitchen very nice living room/movie room and I also actually have a spa downstairs so you're welcome to come in and get a facial every month for free gives me great practice we get to know each other and it's a nice little perk to have to make you feel good every month

I like cooking so if I'm home I don't mind if everybody that's here or just one or two people wanna have something to eat I will be running three rooms I don't mind cooking and if someone else likes to cook two or would like to cook with me that would be wonderful

This is a very safe very secure place security system is going in it will be monitored by video and also security lights outside and other things

There's a full basement with a washroom down there I'm trying to put in a little spa when I get fully moved in sorry a full like a gym it'll be using bands and free weights and things like that but it's a nice place to go get a little Zen

I'm looking for professional people nurses doctors technicians maybe you work in Philadelphia and finance or something you're here by yourself maybe you're just moving here like to find nice happy good people don't mind if you have issues or problems don't mind listening and being an ear for you again this is a good safe space to be in you're stable you have your income you can afford your rent that's all I ask and be respectful of the people in the house and myself

And maybe we can even make some friendships have some fun have a little barbecue and things like that outback

So again looking for stable good solid people that are looking for a safe good place to be
