Live in a beautiful spacious Newark Capstone Elite house located just steps away from UMDNJ, NJMS, Rutgers GSBS, Rutgers Dental School, RU Newark, NJIT, and Essex County College. If you do not have a car no problem! Transportation is not an issue! Newark Light Rail Stop is 1 block away, an NJ Transit bus stop as well, and just a quick walk to Newark Penn Station. And the neighborhood has plenty of street parking.

We are looking for normal roommates to share our townhouse with while we live here in Newark and attend school. No party people, please. No drama. That's why we don't live in the dorms.
