PQUAIL Realty Disclosure of Additional Fees Per Lease
1. $50 Application/Screening Fee – one-time charge. Paid when submitting rental
application.
2. $50 Administration Fee – one-time charge – due with deposit.
3. $200 Pet Fee – one-time charge – due with deposit.
4. $25 a month Pet Rent (per pet).
5. $360 Unauthorized Pet Fee
6. $40 a month for the Resident Benefits Package – which includes Filter Delivery Service(for applicable properties), Renters’ Insurance, Identity Theft Protection, Credit Building and Resident Rewards.
7. $30 a month for Filter Delivery Service, Identity Theft Protection, Credit Building and Resident Rewards (Tenants must provide copy of their own renters’ insurance)
8. $10 a month for Filter Delivery Service only (Tenants must provide copy of their own renters’ insurance)
9. $20.95 a month for Renters’ Insurance and Filter Delivery Service only
10. 5% Late Fee – when rent is not paid by 3rd of the month an additional 5% rent will be due.
11. $75 Non-Sufficient Fund Fee – for all return transactions declined for insufficient funds.
12. $30 Posting Fee for all notices; other than 24-hour notices.
13. $200 Early Utility Shut off during 30-day notice. Utilities must stay on until the end of your lease agreement.
14. $25 Lock Out Service ($45 on a holiday)
15. Postage Fee – for anything other than move out.
