- RENT: $1995/month. A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent (including pet rent/deposits if applicable) will be collected once approved.

- PETS: Dogs are allowed but we do not allow Cats. We welcome up to 2 dogs. There is a $300 pet fee. Pet rent is $50 per month per dog. Owners must sign attestation dogs are not vicious and have never bitten a person or animal. Please call for complete pet policy details.

- UTILITIES:

   - Included: Water, Sewer, Trash.

   - Shared: Electric meter is split between the main house and the Casita Tenant pays fixed (70%) percentage of electrical based off of square footage of each unit. This will be billed to the tenant monthly through Tenant Cloud.

   - Gas (for dryer only) is your responsibility to establish account with NMGCO.

Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a credit and background check through Tenant Cloud. A $25 non-refundable processing fee will be assessed for each application.
