HOLDING THE PROPERTY:
If your application is accepted, you will be asked to put down half of the earnest money deposit within 3 days. This will be considered your "holding deposit". The rental unit will be held for 7 full calendar days before final monies are collected.

BEFORE OCCUPANCY:
Approved Tenant(s) must show proof that all utilities are in their name(s), all funds must be deposited, and a lease must be signed before keys will be presented.
