If your income and/or credit is/are lower than the minimum requirement, double security deposits will be required, if the Landlord elects to accept your application. Landlord reserves the right to use one and/or all criteria to determine approval/rejection.

Lease contract is for a minimum of one year. We do not do short term leases.  We only hold a property for a maximum of 10 days with a $500 HOLDING FEE upon approval. The Holding Fee will be applied towards the total Security Deposits upon lease signing.

Application fee is $85 per adult over 21+. All adult must apply to be screened.

MOVE-IN FUNDS REQUIRED:

-Per Pet deposit = $500.
