QUALIFICATIONS: Credit score 620+, income 2.5+ times the rent, and a favorable landlord reference. No animals and no smoking allowed. 6-month and 1-year leases are available on certain units. When leaving: Push the "Schlaag" button on top of keypad, wait for sound, turn deadbolt to the right to engage lock. (If instructions are not followed the lock will just spin.)
