Below-Market Rent: Enjoy an affordable monthly rate in exchange for managing seasonal groundskeeping (snow removal, lawn care) and routine home repairs.

Community Project Collaboration: Participate hands-on alongside our non-profit team on our next residential rehab project.

Pet-Friendly Living: An additional pet deposit or pet rent is required, and we ask that pets be spayed/neutered and up to date on rabies vaccinations. No breed restrictions apply!

Utilities Made Easy: Your rent covers water, sewer and trash, while you take care of utilities (gas and electricity), cable and internet.
