This beautifully updated apartment has an accessible semi-private patio or balcony off the living area, offers wall a/c unit, stove/oven and refrigerator, a large storage closet outside of the apartment, laundry room and on-site parking. We have a no smoking / no dog policy, but small caged animals and indoor only cats are allowed for an additional $25 / month and a one-time non-refundable $100 Pet Fee with proof of spay/neuter. Rent includes trash, water, sewer, and snow removal.
