Welcome to The Ivy at 325 College Ave, a prime living location for Cornell students! We currently have 4 S1 one-bedroom units left on the 7th and 8th floors.

These final S1 units feature an open layout similar to a studio, but with a sliding door to close off the bedroom for privacy.

Located at the back of the building, facing the Brezzano building, these units enjoy 10 feet of space between buildings, allowing plenty of natural light. Their slightly elevated position in the back actually provides even better lighting than some front-facing units, creating a bright, airy, and comfortable living space.
