They are equipped with a countertop, small sink, and a mini fridge, these studios are for a 1-person occupancy.

The Normandie has undergone some spectacular renovations!! Built in the 1930s, we have preserved many of the older architectural details, all while updating our building! We've brought the high-end hotel from the 30's Old Glamour days era to life and have added many modern updates! Every apartment has a different and stylish layout, no two are the same ever!! The Normandie has two elevators for guests and tenant convenience, as well as a freight elevator for moving convenience. A third-story rooftop sundeck is perfect for laying out on the summer days and listening to all of the music played at every local festival with a glass of wine at night, as well as a great view of the fireworks that frequent the city every year.
