-Monthly income must be at least three times the rent.
-No evictions within the past five years.
-A minimum of six months of employment history, or a letter from the employer stating the hourly wage and estimated weekly hours.

-Applicants must pass a criminal background check, with no violent/felony convictions or sex offender status.

Pet Policy:

-$250 nonrefundable deposit
-$35 additional monthly rent
