A one-month rent security deposit is required for each room. Room availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a group of friends, you can lease multiple rooms together; individual renters are also welcome to rent a single room.

Comfort & Utilities: The house features central heating and air conditioning. Some rooms also come with window AC units and electric baseboard heating to ensure comfort.
Lease Terms:
Standard 12-month lease per room. We also offer flexibility – inquire about options for shorter or longer lease terms (e.g., academic semester or 2-year) on a case-by-case basis.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for utilities (split among housemates). This includes electricity, gas, and water/sewer. Trash is included with the rent.
Subletting & Renewals: Subletting is permitted with the completion of thorough background checks and management approval.
House Rules: No pets and no smoking are permitted.
