<ol><li><strong><u>NO MIX OF ANY BREED ANIMAL THAT IS ANY PART "PIT BULL" OR ANY OTHER DANGEROUS ANIMAL MAY BE BROUGHT ON THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME.</u></strong></li><li>Lessee will not acquire or house more than one (1) pets at any given time. All dogs are to be of small breeds that will not exceed 15 lbs. in weight at full maturity.</li><li>If Lessee allows <u>any</u> new pets to reside in their Property at any time during the term of the Lease, no matter how long the additional pet resides in the Property, Lessee must request and receive permission, in writing, from Lessor for the new pet and pay any fees required.</li><li>Said pet must be carried or kept on a leash at all times when on Landlord’s property, both inside and outside the buildings, except when in Tenant’s own apartment. &nbsp;Tenant agrees to exercise and walk pet only in areas prescribed by Landlord. Pets must be kept out of landscaping, laundry, and recreational areas. &nbsp;</li><li>Said pet must be controlled so as not to annoy by way of noise, smell, nuisance, or untoward activity.</li><li>Pet droppings must be removed immediately by you. Failure to pick up pet waste on the property will result in a fine of <strong><u>$100.00_</u></strong> per occurrence. Repeat offenses of this sort will result in a loss of pet privileges or termination of resident tenancy.</li><li>Lessee agrees that, by signing this Addendum, they agree to take full responsibility for any damage done by their pets to any other person, any other pet, or any personal property that is done by their pets – in other words, Lessee agrees that they are “strictly liable” for any damage or harm that their pet(s) may do.</li></ol>
