Originally built in 1920, this historic building, once home to the South End Hotel, was reimagined and totally renovated in 2022 to offer a 24-unit community of micro-apartments offering everything you need and nothing you don’t.

SEHA offers you more than just a place to live. Our single room efficiency-sized (and efficiently priced) apartments offer high-end finishes, style, functionality and community—with less square footage so that you can be more intentional about what brings you joy.

SEHA is conveniently located on Parsons Avenue just north of 104, near Kroger, the public library, and on a COTA bus line.

Rents start at $750/month and go up to $900/month (plus $60 flat fee per occupant for utilities). Most units come with full-size beds, mattresses, dresser, desk, and chair.

South End Cafe, a new cafe and coffee shop is on the first floor.

Residents-only lounge located on the the first floor offers a comfortable space to hang out, read, study or socialize.
