Every applicant will go through our standard screening process, which includes a background check, credit review, income verification, and verification of rental history with the current landlord. Applicants are required to have a monthly income of at least 3x the rent amount.

Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and water and trash.

Pets are accepted. There is a $300 non-refundable pet deposit and a $35 per month fee, for each pet.

Upon approval, the security deposit will reserve the property exclusively for the approved applicant until the scheduled move-in date. If the applicant is approved for the move-in and does not take possession by the scheduled move-in date, the security deposit will be forfeited.

The application fee is $65.

If approved, there is a $99 admin fee due at lease signing.
