<p><strong>ANAIMALS/PETS:</strong></p><p>No animals (including mammals, reptiles, birds, fish, rodents and insects) are allowed, even temporarily, anywhere in the apartment or apartment community <strong>unless</strong> we’ve so authorized in writing. If we allow an animal, you must sign a separate animal addendum, which require additional deposits, rents, fees or other charges. You must remove an unauthorized animal within 24 hours of notice from us, or you will be considered in default of the Lease Contract. We will authorize support and/or service animals for you, your guests, and occupants pursuant to the parameters and guidelines established by the Fair Housing Act and the HUD regulatory guidelines. We may require a written statement from a qualified professional verifying the need for the support and/or service animal. You must not feed stray or wild animals.</p><p><br> <strong>A. </strong>ANIMAL DEPOSIT. An animal deposit of $100 will be charged. This deposit will not be considered part of the general security deposit for any purpose. The security deposit amount in the Security Deposit paragraph of the Lease Contract does not include this additional deposit amount.
