If you are married, we will be able to combine you and your spouse.

Cannot have ANY evictions in the last 5 years anywhere.

Cannot owe another rental company

Credit must be at a 520 score or higher and if you have charge offs, your application may be approved but will require deposit, last month rent, plus first month.
