To maintain a safe and welcoming community, tenant requirements are strictly enforced. Potential applicants must have a monthly income of at least 3x the rent, a minimum credit score of 600, and a clean background check. This is a smoke-free property.

The community is also pet-friendly under specific guidelines. Each unit allows for one pet only, provided the animal is at least two years old, weighs under 30 pounds, and is spayed or neutered with up-to-date veterinary records and vaccinations.
