Applicants MUST have no evictions or housing related collections in the last 10 years. Qualified applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

Credit: You must have a 550+ score and at least 12 months of history. Will consider lower score candidates with 2 months deposit

Landlord reference: You must have 12 months of recorded on-time payments from a verifiable (non-private) landlord.

Co-signer: They must have a credit score above 620 and no evictions or housing related collections.

Deposit:
Applicants with a credit score above 680 will qualify for our discounted deposit of $250. Applicants with a score under 680 qualify for the standard deposit equal to one month's rent.
