Qualifications Criteria:

1. Income must be 3x the monthly rent amount, and we need the most recent 3 months pay stubs or proof of employment.
2. We do a criminal and background check. No felonies. No current or past evictions within the last 5 years.
3. Soft credit check with a minimum 550+credit score.
4. Landlord reference check and income verification check.
