To move in, prospective tenants must complete our online application. The application fee is $40 per person and includes a screening of the applicant's financial, rental, and criminal history.

IMPORTANT: Student applicants require guarantors for each resident. For student leases, a security deposit of $150.00 is required per resident.

Family leases require a security deposit equal to one month's rent.

All leases have a non-refundable $150.00 administration fee. Move-in fees are due within two weeks of lease execution, and rent must be paid before move-in.
