All applicants will be subject to a background check, credit check and rental history verification. Applications must be 100% completed and application fee paid before we can start the approval process.

Before applying to the property, please know that applications are processed on a first come first serve basis. We do not hold properties without a signed lease & deposit. You must meet certain criteria and view the property in person before your application will be processed. The criteria are as follows:

-Potential applicant must make 3 times the rent per month in gross earnings
-Potential applicant cannot have any felony convictions
-Potential applicant cannot have any previous evictions

Failure to meet any of the criteria above can or will lead to an automatic dismissal of your application.

Pets are welcome! Pet fee is non-refundable and is $300 per pet with a $25 per month pet rent, per pet. ESA Papers need to be provided at time of application. Providing them after being approved may result in your application being rejected.
