All units have some stairs between main door and entry to apartment. The design of the complex does not allow for elevators. The apartments are all single level- no stairs once you enter the unit.

Rent is $1895.00.

Application fee is $50.

Security deposit is equal to two months rent.

Pet Friendly for one small dog, 18lbs or under.

There is a $50 per pet per month increase in the rent and a $500 per pet increase in the conditionally refundable security deposit.

Tenants pay electricity and cable/internet if desired. All other utilities are included in rent.
