Rent is $1,899/month, plus each tenant pays $50/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and water/sewer.

We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,899 refundable security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required.

Tenants must carry their own separate liability insurance policy for damage to the apartment and to cover apartment contents.

One or two spayed/neutered cats or dogs are acceptable with pet rent of $35/pet/month (breed restrictions apply). Maximum 2 animals total. We cannot accept cats or dogs under 1 year old. No additional pet deposit is required.
