Lease Term: 6, 9, or 11 months (depending on move-in date)
Pet Policy: Pets are considered with an additional $350 deposit & $25/mo pet rent
Insurance Policy: Renter's insurance is required in the amount of $100,000 (not applicable for low-income or with a federal housing subsidy)
Smoking Policy: Non-smoking unit

Incomplete applications will not be processed until all required information and applicants have been submitted. Submitting an incomplete application may delay processing and could affect your place in line.

Upon approval, the applicant is required to take possession of the unit within 48 hours of the approval date OR the move-in ready date, whichever is last.
