We have a 2 Bed 1 bath duplex available in our family friendly complex. Fresh paint, new flooring, brand new appliances, washer and dryer hookups, vaulted ceilings. The fenced in patio has been upgraded with a new fence as well. This duplex is conveniently located downtown off main street and L Street and is available to be seen now.

Rent is $1595.00 with additional $50 towards water = $1645 monthly, Security Deposit starts at $3190.00 - Month to Month lease terms. Pets accepted on approval basis with an additional $500 for first pet and $250 for each additional, towards security deposit. Renters Insurance is required.

When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted. If the proof is not attached, we will not review the application.

• Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent.
→ Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc.
• A minimum of two rental references is preferred.
• Once approved a fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is between $40-50 depending on what reports are required.

We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications.

Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent.

Qualified applicants will be contacted when property is available to be view. A driver’s license is required to check out a key at that time. Please make sure key is returned within one hour of checking it out.
