Pet Policy: Up to one allowed. There is an additional security deposit of $500/pet and $25/month pet rent.

Utilities: Tenants must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Tenants pay for power (EWEB) and internet/cable if desired. Refuse service is paid by owner.

Laundry: Home includes an in-building laundry room.

Landscaping: Owner/building is responsible for exterior landscaping.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.

Move-In Notice: Building rules require one-week's notice to building management before moving in furniture and other heavy items and a $200 move in fee. Please discuss your move-in date with us during the application process.

First-Come, First-Serve: We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. The nonrefundable screening fee is $10 per adult applicant.

Financial Responsibility: Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent. We may consider brief, reasonable requests to begin the rental agreement later.
