A promotional discount reduces rent to $2,795 per month through 6/30/26. Beginning 7/1/26, the promotion ends and the contracted rent of $4,995 per month applies. If you prefer a lease through 6/30/27, an additional promotional discount will apply beginning 7/1/26. Rent will be $3,294.50 per month from 7/1/26 through 6/30/27. Beginning 7/1/27, the promotion ends and the contracted rent of $4,995 per month applies.
