* Pet Policy: 2 pet-maximum per apartment along with an additional $400 deposit and $25 monthly pet rent, per each pet. Total maximum pet deposits will not exceed $800.00. Total maximum monthly pet rent will not exceed $50.00.

* Utilities: $60 monthly flat fee for water, sewer, garbage. Resident pays for electricity and internet.

* Parking: Off-street open parking, included with rent
