In addition, there is a $350.00 non refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, and a 3.5% monthly admin fee. Renters insurance required.

PETS One pet is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply).

PARKING is off N. Oregon St. to the left of the Cottage is a driveway. It is shared parking with the back unit, so please park on the right-hand side of driveway. You are also welcome to park on the street parking directly in front of the cottage, however, parking is first come first served.

SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.
