PETS One pet is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply).

SMOKING is not allowed in this unit. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home.

TENANT PAID UTILITIES None outside of the utility fee mentioned above, unless unless they are over reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement)
