Rent is $1,549/month, plus each tenant pays $50/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and water/sewer.

We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,549 refundable security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required.

Tenants must carry their own separate liability insurance policy for damage to the apartment and to cover apartment contents.

One or two spayed/neutered cats or dogs are acceptable with pet rent of $35/pet/month (breed restrictions apply and pets must be at least 1 year of age). Maximum 2 animals total. No additional pet deposit is required.
