The apartment is approximately 500 square feet. Rent for this apartment is $1,149 per month, plus tenant pays $135/month as a water/sewer/electric/heat/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for any phone, cable or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling, water/sewer, heat, hot water, unit electricity and common electricity.

We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,149 refundable security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required.
