Rent is $1,749/month, plus each tenant pays $50/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and water/sewer.

We will require a strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,749 refundable security deposit. No last month's rent deposit is required.
