This spacious studio has the bedroom/living room separated from the kitchen by a hallway leading the the kitchen, bathroom and bonus room. The bonus room is not a bedroom (no closet and too small for a bed) but large enough for a little office, art studio or extra storage space!


Open Application Period begins 1/8 @ 10am! We will not accept applications prior to that date and time!

(Under Portland City Code 30.01.086.C.1 applications received prior to the open application period will be subject to a 8 hour delay screening penalty.)


iRentPDX screens applications in the order that they are received. The apartment is reserved by the first qualified applicant who pays the reservation deposit of $500.00. Once that reservation deposit is paid and the lease is signed or reservation deposit agreement is signed then the listing will no longer be available for applications.
