There are two closets as well as ample cabinetry in the kitchen and living room for your storage needs. This unit in particular comes with your very own patio! Each unit comes with a designated parking space in the parking lot out front. There is a shared laundry room in the basement with the option to rent out an additional storage space.

Pets Ok. 2 cats or 1 small/medium dog (On basis of meet and greet, large dog possible, please inquire). Additional pet deposit required ($100 per pet). Plus $25/mo rent per pet.
