This is a beautiful 4 bd/ 3 ba Spanish colonial home with an attached ADU that is essentially and additional 2bd/2ba apartment below. This is ideal for a multi-generational family living together; especially if mom and pops want their own private handicap assessable apartment.
The home is 3200 sq ft and the ADU is around 900 sq ft.
