A few exterior house details plus full perimeter fencing will finish by end of summer (delayed by wet weather/ground conditions).
Honestly, it’s not “perfect” yet—I shouldn’t even be renting while outside work continues—but if you need a solid remodeled rental and are okay with exterior/land improvements wrapping up by summer’s end, you’re welcome. No grand estate here; it’s a work-in-progress with a great indoor space.
