Lease Terms: 12 Month Lease

Application Fee Through Breakwater Website: $55/person over 18 years old

Renter's Insurance Required: Minimum $100,000 liability coverage

Utilities: Tenants responsible for electricity. Water, sewer, and gas billed back at a flat fee of $45/month

Pets: Up to two pets permitted, $300 pet deposit per pet, $30/month pet rent

To Move In:

First month’s rent and security deposit due at signing, within 24 hours of approval. Applications must be complete to be considered, and applicants are processed in the order received.
