Our location, conveniently near Lancaster Mall, Fred Meyer, and other major shopping, dining and entertainment venues, can shave hours off of your hectic day. We are close to Chemeketa Community College and minutes from Willamette University and the State Capitol. Quick access to I-5 means our residents can commute to work with fewer hassles.

Brook Hollow features 1 and 2-bedroom apartments on beautifully landscaped grounds. Every home includes a washer & dryer; a well-designed, gourmet kitchen; a private deck; and plenty of parking. At the community center, you can take a lap in the pool, or work on heart health and abs in the exercise facility. Best of all, professional, on-site staff maintain the community and are attentive to your individual needs.

Application & Deposits:
- $65 application fee per adult
- Apply within 24 hours of your visit & have the fee credited to your first month’s rent!
- Security Deposit: $500 to one month’s rent (based on approval)

Pet Policy:
- One dog (max 25 lbs) allowed per household, cats not allowed
- $300 deposit + $20/month pet rent
- Qualified service/companion animals permitted under ADA & Fair Housing laws

Utilities:
One-Bedroom Pays $35 Water & Sewer + $25 Garbage
Two-Bedroom Pays $40 Water & Sewer + $25 Garbage

Electricity:
Residents are required to establish and maintain their own individual electric service account with PGE.
